These Terms govern your use of StripForge AI ("the Service"), operated by StripForge ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
StripForge AI is a creative studio that uses third-party AI models to generate comic strips, characters, and related assets from prompts you provide.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for anything that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of third-party model providers and to the limitations of copyright in AI-generated material in your jurisdiction. By submitting content you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service.
5. Commercial use
Outputs generated under a paid plan may be used commercially. Free-tier outputs are watermarked and intended for personal use only.
6. Payments
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record where available. Prices are listed on the pricing page. See our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI model quality and availability depend on third-party providers.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to StripForge in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Account page. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Data retention
Your content (projects, characters, strips, pages, generated images, and exports) is retained for as long as you have an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses — whether by cancellation, failed payment, or downgrade — your content remains available for a 30-day grace period after the end of the current billing period so you can resubscribe and recover it. After that grace period your content is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Free-tier accounts that are inactive for more than 90 days are subject to the same deletion process after warning emails. You may export your work at any time before deletion from the Account page.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
