Subscriptions are non-refundable
StripForge offers a free plan so you can try the service before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this, all subscription payments — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your Account page to prevent the next renewal; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
One-time credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been consumed it cannot be refunded. Partially used packs are refunded only for the remaining unused credits.
EU/UK statutory rights
If you reside in the EU or UK you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to generate content you may waive this right under local law; in that case this Refund Policy applies.
How to request
Email contact@stripforge.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Content retention after cancellation
When you cancel, your content stays available until the end of your current billing period and for a 30-day grace period after that. Resubscribe within the grace period and everything is restored. After 30 days post-period your content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered — please export anything you want to keep before then.
