14-day refund on first subscription
If you are not satisfied with your first paid month or year on StripForge AI, email contact@stripforge.com within 14 days of payment for a full refund. We refund the entire charge regardless of how many credits you used during the trial period.
Recurring renewals
After the first 14 days, monthly and annual renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your Account page to prevent the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
One-time credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been consumed it cannot be refunded.
EU/UK statutory rights
If you reside in the EU or UK you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to generate content you may waive this right under local law; in that case this Refund Policy applies.
How to request
Email contact@stripforge.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Content retention after cancellation
When you cancel, your content stays available until the end of your current billing period and for a 30-day grace period after that. Resubscribe within the grace period and everything is restored. After 30 days post-period your content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered — please export anything you want to keep before then.
